PRODS already supports PAM, add a drop down to login in prods web

Add auth type to https://github.com/DICE-UNC/irods-php/blob/master/web/services/login.php

And set auth type in irods account

https://github.com/DICE-UNC/irods-php/blob/master/prods/src/RODSAccount.class.php
