A summary of the result.csv, e.g. what are the means of the model's states

This is currently computed at the UI every time a chart is rendered, ideally we just compute once, here.

timestep param a param b param ...
1 mean at t=1 mean at t=1 ...
2 mean at t=2 mean at t=2 ...
... ... ... ...
