With only 27 standard inventory slots, it can be annoying to carry around multiple primed pendants. An idea I had was introducing the ability to combine them in the crafting table, adding up the amount of inventory slots they have to put potions in (and maybe blood capacity). Doing it this way means the amount of materials spent making pendants remains the same, while allowing them to be used more conveniently once created.
In addition, there are two particular effects which are quite unbalanced: instant health and absorption. In a primed pendant, instant health restores multiple hearts every tick while absorption creates a buffer of hearts every tick. I think it would be best if these were blacklisted by default, especially since Regeneration costs way more for less effectiveness.
(Also, I notice that certain sources of potion effects can't be used in the purifier, such as the Environmental Beacon from RFUtilities and the Mana Crystal from Mana and Artifice. Is this intentional?)
