Issue type:

  • ➕ Feature request

Short description:

If inventory is full, I am losing my precious Broom after dismounting. What if use Curios API to create special accessory type for Broom? In this case mounting/dismounting may start/stop by some hot key or similar to creative flight by double-jump/crouch.

To clarify this, you mean that the Broom just drops as item in the world, right? If the item would vanish completely, that would be a bug.

Not vanish and not a bug, just a usability issue. There are many situation like landing in caves or in the forest and discover much later the Broom is dropped somewhere far behind. I dunno if it disappears after 5 minutes like normal item, even if not, cannot remember exact place of landing, cannot find it. Pretty much the same as lose it. May be at least drop some warning message with coordinates in the log and save it without disappearing after 5 min?
