Since version 11.2 of Cyberwatch, sha256 is supported.

It seems that the API does not send integrity headers Content-MD5 or the new X-AUTHORIZATION-CONTENT-SHA256.

@fwininger should we add the new X-AUTHORIZATION-CONTENT-SHA256 header?
