Would it make sense to keep the version #'s in sync with the .NET Full Framework project since this is supposed to be in feature parity with the .NET Full framework version of this library?

Currently the full framework version is 0.0.1.8

https://github.com/CyberSource/cybersource-rest-client-dotnet/releases/tag/0.0.1.8

However this library is 0.0.1.1.

Hard to know which versions of this .NET Standard 2.1 library are in sync with which version from the .NET Full framework version?
