3 people reported having this problem, and I hadn't seen it posted:

http://forum.cyanogenmod.com/topic/54629-battery-drops-from-30-to-19-in-all-jordan-72-rcs-72-stable/

I have had my battery drop from 30% to 19% on every single cycle since i started using 7.2 RC's & now the stable 7.2.
I have performed Battery Calibration almost 5 times now through the recovery.
Charged to 100%, remove batterystats bin, discharge completely, charge back to 100%, discharge completely, charge back to 100%.
In all above cycles, it goes down a straight 11%

"remove batterystats bin" -> don't do that. Android uses that file as a history, it is used to draw battery graph on setting and by deleting it you're priving the system from data it could use to effectively measure battery level.
