Ministry Team: Full Screen Mode

When moving from the list of Ministry Teams to the details screen, the screen goes into a full-screen mode, moving images up and removing the bar at the top. When you tap "Contact Leader", it visually exits full-screen mode before opening the texting app which is not full-screen mode. Closing the details screen also causes the app to exit full-screen mode before moving back to the Ministry Team list page. So the flow of it feels really jumpy in and out of full-screen mode. The Community Group section seems to run differently and doesn't feel that way at all, so it may be best to model the Ministry Team section off of that.

Running beta version on iPhone 6 with iOS 12.

@landongerrits This is an easy fix. It is due to the status bar not animating when being removed. Adding the animation should make it a lot smoother.
