Incorrect omnimeter Readouts #297

Describe the bug

Omnimeter readout shows energy as a negative on a gear rotating in the negative direction, this also makes the net energy change harder to read
passive energy loss doesn't show the loss through gear friction but instead matches net energy change

Expected behavior [Optional]

Total energy should always be positive
net energy change should only be negative on energy loss
passive energy loss should only show loss from gear friction
