Color chart UI doesn't fit on screen at larger GUI scales

Describe the bug
The color chart UI is large enough that on the largest GUI scales, parts of it (including the search bar) are off-screen an inaccessible.

To Reproduce [Optional]
Example where this issue occurs: 1080p resolution, GUI scale 4, game is in windowed mode (not fullscreen) with the game window maximized.

If the color chart UI is being tweaked to fix this, also make the search bar have a visible background (currently it is transparent).
