[BUG] Every link tried to open in this repo.

Describe the bug
Every Link in the readme is not formatted correctly and leads to a 404 page in this current repository.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click on literally any external Link in the readme.

Expected behavior
The link should open up and load the respective software's web page.

I forked the repository and I'm going to be editing and fixing the links. Hopefully should be expecting a PR here within the next day or two.
