May I ask for a simple tutorial or demo for Mvvm Navigation

Dear,

I am a new dotnet learner.
I really enjoy using Community Toolkit, thanks for this gift.
But I get stuck on navigation.

Here are the needs:

• navigation by mvvm pattern (community toolkit)
• view with viewmodel
• view is usercontrol (I learnt that, usercontrol by contentcontrol is better than page by frame, I am not sure)
• the current view and viewmodel are disposed after navigating

I searched a lot on the Internet, but failed.
There is really no way, so I came here for luck.

I did a navigation by fool way.
It causes a lot of unmanaged memory leak, view and viewmodel are not disposed (maybe view only).
Maybe some wrong binding or image are also caused the mem leak.

Really appreciate if someone can give me some hints, even the demo, thanks.
