XDG0066 Unspecified Error adding controls:ListDetailsView to a simple xaml file

Having used the recipe described in "Getting Started with the Windows Community Toolkit" using the target version 19041 I am getting XDG0066 Unspecified Error with the following:

@oregonduckman can you provide some more details about your setup? Which version of VS are you using? Which NuGet packages and versions? Are you using UWP or WinUI 3? Does the Sample App from the store run fine on your machine for this control's example?
