InkCanvas not working as exected for Windows Forms App

I seem to be unable to use InkCanvas in my Windows Forms Application although it's targeted at .NET Core 3.1

• Is this bug a regression in the toolkit? If so, what toolkit version did you last see it work:

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. I create a new Windows Forms App
2. Import NuGet packages Microsoft.Toolkit.Forms.UI.XamlHost and Microsoft.Toolkit.Forms.UI.Controls
3. Try to add XamlHost and/or InkCanvas control to the form
4. See error

Expected behavior

This should work, shouldn't it?
Would be nice to have a working demo solution that shows InkCanvas usage in a Windows Forms App - not only WPF
