Add plugin support

It would be nice to add plugin support, so you can add data in the resulting websocket data when a request is made, for example

Server sided "plugins" ?
Something like cogs in discord.py, but with one plugins folder that is loaded automatically at startup.
With hooks to every ws event/massage and middleware for the modification of the existing endpoints/ws events ?
