Update export volunteer data and shift data to work with Salesforce #102

For the data export to csv, I approved the PR but think it’s worth looking at these links to make sure that the format is correct

This screenshot doesn't attach super well, but it looks like right now they're using the volunteer hours section to track data (and manually importing it, judging by the Volunteer Hours Entry Screen.PNG screenshot), and I imagine now they'll be using the volunteer shifts section. This section (I will double check this) can probably automatically populate volunteer hours. So, I think on the shift export, we're okay.

In terms of the volunteer export, it looks like they can upload to a roster. I'll look at the links above to see what format Salesforce expects.

I watched through most of the importing data series, and it seems like Salesforce will give them the flexibility to make it match what they want (i.e., map our columns to Salesforce columns, right in the tool). The only thing I would recommend on our end is taking out the title row and initial blank row; the first row should be the headers.
