[UHN-MA-45] Extract services from Alarm related workflow #81

There are some class-specific functions that can be extracted into a time-task-related service
- convertSeconds
- convertSecondsToMinutes
Use this service instead of having functions in the Snooze Screen itself. Single responsibility
