[UHN-MA-68] Alarm gets stuck when navigating from SnoozeScreen to UsingScreen #137

On iOS and Android.

Start alarm
Decrease timer to below 15s
Right before being taken to SnoozeScreen, press "help now". This only happens when you see SnoozeScreen come into view right before you're redirected to UsingScreen
Result: help request is sent, but timer gets stuck. Also, the polling requests that update responders count seem to stop
