Description:

• Add a /toppt global command to view global playtime leaderboard.
• Add pagination (like /toppt [page]) so you can optionally view additional pages for leaderboard.

Benefits:

• Bungeecord servers can already display "global" and realm-specific playtime in /pt. Adding a global leaderboard would be nice.
• Pagination for /toppt would let players see positions beyond top 10.
