One Laptop Per Child - Code the Change

Welcome to the OLPC project, under development by Code the Change UBC! This is the development repository for the project. Visit their website to know more RED them: http://one.laptop.org/RED/mission

This project is multi-part and includes:

  1. Developing Sugar 1 activities and implementing school curriculum for OLPC in Rwanda which would help the students and the teachers.
  2. Building a website for OLPC to link from website of National Education Board of Rwanda 2.
  3. Develop a cross-platform mobile app to teach English to adults and kids of Rwanda.

Progress and Process

As mentioned, the project will develop and in parts and the README will be updated accordingly.

Following is the information regarding the first part of the project.

Installation Steps :

Metris

  1. Install Python 2.7.x
    • Make sure Python is added to path
  2. Install PyGame
