Quectel GSM resetting after POST command

@usmanbiu , @augustinemwendwa72 Sometimes the GSM keeps resetting after POST. This issue is observed because the condition that checks for an AT OK response fails because it cannot parse a response. This is probably due to the different baud rates and/or not sufficient time to wait for a response.
