The Match Level is also reset. Probably the best thing to do is hide this.

This should be fixed in staging. There's a problem (with the database?) that prevents the user from taking a survey to verify. Here's the current state of develop after a reload.

Staging is currently inoperable. Nothing happens when you click the Get
Started button. Stanley commented about it Slack
