What

• Layout variations for the LinkBox component, with different arrow link positioning, and also property to switch vertical and horizontal content direction.
• Also, in addition to the border property, optional shadow property is needed.

Why

There are multiple layouts for the Card components with LinkBox wrapper. Currently custom implementations are used, but the goal is to use the HDS LinkBox in all cases. With current implementation of Card or LinkBox components, the design requirements which are listed below cannot be fullfilled.
