This is a running list of implied content changes between current cityofchicago.org and the new Chicago.gov.
- Remove https://www.chicago.gov/city/en/general/contact.html Information now included in footer
- Built navigation to link to the top level item of each category, and found appropriate live pages for all subnavigation pages in the "I want to" menu.
- Updated logo HTML code and visual assets to make sure the logo renders consistently at different sizes.
- Removed links in the header of articles on the home page. Links were moved to the associated image.
- Updated format of homepage to 2/3rds 1/3rd format and included all home page content in the view.
- Updating homepage template with banner image
- Added an accessibility statement
- Added four department secondary pages
- Added an application tertiary page
