I think this is a great idea, I think we should discuss this today to identify how we can display this information in the Civis tool. Can we color code wards according to response, or do we need to rely on a table format?
If you havent already, check out the "Ward Report" tab in CIC. I think to avoid duplicating work, we can use that tab to display how wards are doing compared to one another, by coloring the map by response rate once we have that data!
Aldermen are going to care about how their ward is performing compared to the other wards in the City. How can this be included in the report?
