I'm going to conscript some former students/current colleagues to work on a website, primarily a wireframe of info. I'm doing a lot of synchronous teaching today (meetings with students, basically), but I'll try to pull together a basic layout before the end of the day. Primary categories I see right now are
What we are doing > Sub > Overview, Media, Contact Info
For Community Organizations > Maker spaces, Non Profits, Schools > $ Donations , Volunteers, Outreach, partnerships, Resources for those out of NC
For Industry and Corporate Organizations > Material donations, $ donations, Engineering questions, Partnerships, Resources for those out of NC
For Medical Professionals > Getting equipment, PPE suggestions, Medical device suggestions, other resources, Resources for those out of NC
For Individuals > $ donations, volunteers (individual makers, runners, support), CDC and WHO links, Resources for those out of NC
For Makers > Files, Instructions, Sterilization Instructions, Drop off/pick up instructions, additional resources
The list above is a mess (obviously), but please post additional info categories that should be on the website, and I'll get this better organized with my colleagues.
Finally, each major category should probably have a hierarchy of point people so that it doesn't all fall on Terence, Jeremy, etc. :) I'm speaking with some friends who have experience with that sort of stuff, but once we have an information flow sorted out, non-maker volunteers could be critical in helping information flow smoothly.

My thoughts: Social media likes, follows, shares. Pickup and delivery drivers. Video and photo editor. Organizer of contact lists. Supply/Procurement help. Marketing help.
Do we need an accountant for the GoFundMe account?
We have community outreach? Research and Design? Design to manufacturing? 3D printing for your local community?
