Main navigation 'icon based menu' limited to ~15 characters #151

Cyclops responsive design for the left side navigation seems to have issues with text that is over a certain amount, ~15 characters. We are attempting to change 'Create Ticket' to 'Request Support'. See the attached picture to better explain the issue. The buttons seem to overlap due to the length.
