Describe the bug
Modlog messages don't send if you don't interact with the modlog channel first on Guilded.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Complete a modlog action without interacting with the modlog channel first.

Expected behavior
I expected a modlog message to be sent.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: Linux/Windows/Mac (tested on all)
Version: Any version

Additional context
The bug is caused by missing features in the Guilded API, making it impossible to get a list of every channel in a server.
