No mods ever download. #7

Recently, when I've been downloading mods, for some reason, it always just hits the same roadblock, saying 'Not Responding' on the loading bar. This may be because I am using Windows 8.1, which is notoriously the worst OS of all, or its just that I've gotten really unlucky with the mods I choose to download being super unoptimized for the Mod Manager, but I would like to bring this up.

Also, small bit, the load bar does work properly. But only when the Mod Manager is already open. So I think its less no mods ever download, and more mods do download but not just automatically, so to speak.

I have the same issue for a very long time, and currently the game crash when i click save and continue in the loader

Windows 10 is the problem
