Format Editor depends on .NET 5.0, but that version is EOL/EOS as of May 10, 2022 according to Microsoft's .NET downloads page.
I recommend migrating to .NET 8.0 (the latest long-term support release) and staying with a LTS version. The first GA release is scheduled for November 14, 2023 and will be supported by Microsoft for three years.
