[BUG] 7 - Wrong icon showing for certain ESRI Dynamic layers

Current Behavior

In the details tab, the incorrect icon is displayed for features due to query returns not having the expected information.

The query response uses the field alias instead of the field name, and where we are getting the symbol, we have no access to the field name, other than the return.

All concerned services are coming from AAFC.
