[BUG] Layer weird behavior (no layer name)

6433173f-bca8-44e6-be8e-3e8a19d3c299 uuid add a one layer entry but it seems there should be 2. The layer name is not set on the first and it is the one register in featureInfoLayerSet

We have the same here: 9d96e8c9-22fe-4ad2-b5e8-94a6991b744b. Both are WMS layer group and are not created properly. This is related to #2643 as well...
