Accessibility issues

Regarding accessibility.md:

The viewer needs to be accessible for keyboard and screen reader.

I just want to note that Leaflet now has an accessibility label to track a11y issues, if that's helpful.

Additionally, we're tracking these issues (and more - to be raised with Leaflet) in Maps4HTML/MapML.js#247, we've fixed quite a few issues on our end for the <mapml-viewer>, those fixes may serve as inspiration.

This is just an FYI. Feel free to close this issue (and perhaps add the references as you see fit to accessibility.md).
