Fix GetUserStats Method

GetUserStats method is currently commented out as i was having issues with getting it to work with PlayStation accounts before the merge of Xbox and PlayStation into the CONSOLE platform group.

This will need to be fixed to support both seasons before the merge and after. URL should be mostly the same just a different platform group value.

I put the comment for this on the wrong issue, wont be able to proceed with this until the Ubisoft stats site is no longer in maintenance hopefully its not to much longer. After taking a quick look at some of the marketplace APIs i expect there to be some new routes using GraphQL.
