The issues occur on a patched Switch V1 with Picofly installed. After loading Hekate, random UI glitches may appear, such as font cutoffs, button misalignments, and other visual inconsistencies. Major functions are also unusable, including SD card partitioning and eMMC creation.
When partitioning an SD card, the error message "Unable to restore files" appears, causing the process to fail entirely. Similarly, when creating an eMMC, regardless of file based or partition based(partitions were created by another Switch), the system may hang at a random percentage, requiring a forced reboot of the console.
Notably, the console can boot into OFW from Hekate without any issues.
I tried:
Different brands micro SD cards (Lexar, SanDisk, Samsung)
Multiple Picofly chip
Micro SD card reader pulled from another working Switch
The issues still persist.
