Use GitHub Actions to generate and deploy API documentation

To make it easier for developers to understand and use our API, I suggest using GitHub Actions to automatically generate and deploy API documentation. This will ensure that the documentation is always up-to-date and accessible to those who need it.

I would be happy to assist with setting up and configuring the GitHub Actions. I believe that this feature will greatly improve the developer experience and I hope it will be added soon!
