UI for Query Items on Wishlist

As a user
I need have a UI to query a wishlist's items
So that I can interact with the wishlist and see which items are on it

Details and Assumptions

*User will have the ability to select what they want to query
*User will get a return of the items on the wishlist that match their query
*Create a BDD .feature file and accompanying steps.py files to
test your RESTful API from the outside in.
*Write the features using Gherkin syntax that is understood by the
behave tool
*Run these using behave until all scenarios are green (passing)
*Use Selenium to conduct your UI testing. There should be no direct
connection to your service from your BDD tests. It should interact
with the web interface only

Acceptance Criteria

Given the backend is working
When I query a wishlist
Then I get a list of items as a result
