As a developper
I need a Continuous Delivery Pipeline in IBM cloud
So that the project can be built and deployed when the master branch changes

Details and Assumptions

Acceptance Criteria

Given a continuous delivery pipeline
When changes are made to the Github repo
Then the code is tested and deployed automatically

@Pimnipalmie It's not but that is the point of the pipeline, to automate the deployment of changes in the GitHub repo
