As a team
I need devops pipeline
So that updates to master are automatically built, tested, and deployed to our dev server

Details and Assumptions

  • Add stages Build and Deploy in IBM cloud

Acceptance Criteria

Given commit on master
When test automatically run and pass
Then latest version will be available at nodeport, and the commit is guaranteed to have passed the tests
