All explanations within each row is complete, further, modified the UI slightly to match the other pages and added more expalanations for budget chart and summary table. Finally, currency is now displayed dynamically and all large numbers are comma separated.
(Same commit as fdefc5d) Formated all large numbers within the round page to have commas as thousands separators. Numbers such as cost and budget are displayed as ints. Further, fixed minor grammar errors.
