I'm trying to get a role setup in MARX, similar to what Sunfire has just rolled out, where I have access to the data within MARX for the beneficial relevant info. so the beneficiary is on a call, and the agent asks for beneficiary's first 3 MIB #. agent types in with dob or SS #, it delivers current and historical medicare data
what role do I need in MARX so I can receive this information? Who is the contact in MARX? What department in MARX can give me approval for this?
