可以参考openclash的绕过中国大陆ip功能，比如使用tproxy时，指定ip，如175.46.0.0/16网段，不通过tproxy

这是开源项目归纳的中国 IP 网段，可以看到非常多，使用 iptables 实现是不好的，更何况这个列表是经常变动的
