What's wrong, and with what software version?

Operating System: Windows 10 (1909)
CEmu version: CEmu v2.0dev (git: cee9c86)
Describe your issue:
Colors displayed on my physical TI-84 Plus CEs hardware revision pre-A and revision M can look completely different than what is displayed on CEmu. I even put CEmu on a different monitor to check if my laptop monitor was simply poorly calibrated, however the colors were still not the same.

I have a picture of my comparison:
comparison.
(From left to right: TI-84 Plus CE revision pre-A, TI-84 Plus CE revision M, Surface Book 3 display)

What are the steps to reproduce this issue?

  1. For easiest comparison, run ICE Color Picker on CEmu and a physical CE.
  2. Use the arrow keys to select any color.
  3. Compare the colors between CEmu and the physical CE.

Any logs, error output, screenshot, other comments...?

It does not matter what angle I look at my calculator's LCD, the colors are rarely identical to CEmu's.

To add to this, newer LCDs seem to use temporal dithering (flickering between colors to simulate higher colorspaces). This is very noticeable on-hardware.
