Indiana - UP (Shadow) Migration - Move to Production and Monitor

User Story:

As a developer, I want to move the [STLT] settings to production after getting approval from Account Management, so that they can start receiving live COVID data from the Universal Pipeline.

Description/Use Case

[STLT] is already receiving data from the covid pipeline they will be onboarded to the UP where they will be receiving COVID data from SimpleReport. We need to make sure the message we generate from the UP matches the output from the CP exactly.

Risks/Impacts/Considerations

• As soon as we move the receiver to production, Account Manager (Glenn) will need to trigger an email immediately.

Acceptance Criteria

• Upload the staging receiver settings to Production as INACTIVE-- ONLY UPLOAD NEW RECEIVER CHANGES, NOT ALL RECEIVERS
• Copy the receiver's secret key with the new receiver name in Azure's production environment ( reach out to someone with Azure SU if you don't have access yet)
• Verify we can connect to the newly created receiver
• Set up UP routing filter to only route data from SimpleReport (sender)
  • Update UP receiver to ACTIVE
• Update CP routing filter to stop routing data from SimpleReport (sender)
• Tag Glenn in a Slack post in the Onboarding-Ops channel to that says "@Glenn - Please trigger Shadow Migration email to [STLT]"
• STLT has been monitored for 2 weeks or at least 20 messages
  • Ensure only COVID data is being sent from the UP to the receiver
  • Ensure no messages show up for this receiver in Last Mile Failures page
