Make sure that a user starting with a folder with T1 images + a csv file with demog. info can run image processing, SPARE calculation, and visualization using the streamlit app

  • Finalize output structure (in the output folder different types of output will be kept in different sub-folders)
  • Make links between modules (the output of each module will be provided as the default input for the next module)
