Improvements for block dialog and GRT export

• fixed handling of very long descriptions in the FMU block dialog
• fixed GRT export on Linux
• improved fmi2Functions.c in GRT export is now C89 compliant
• improved missing const casts added in GRT export to avoid compiler warnings
• improved FMI Kit version added to generationTool in GRT export
• improved obsolete Mat file logging code removed from GRT export
