Implement routine (or parameter study?) which allows us to scan for optimal Ncc.

Systematically test how Ncc affects performance of ML predictions
Ncc scales linearly with computational demand of ORCHIDEE so there is good reason to keep the number of pixels as small as possible.

Maybe we can set a percentage of sites to sample from each cluster rather than using a fixed number Ncc
