What is the receiving address for submitting 20 TOMO to approve the TRC-21 token?

I need to have a receiving wallet address for 20 TOMO so that I can send 20 TOMO to this wallet address for approval of the TMB token. I have just created the TMB token on the Tomochain blockchain and submitted a proposal, which stated that 20 TOMO is required for approval. However, I am unsure which wallet address to send the 20 TOMO to.

I submitted a logo update proposal for the TMB token on TomoChain's TRC21 blockchain some time ago, but I haven't received any response. I'm wondering why there has been no action or feedback on this matter.
