We should look into this more and determine if it makes sense to add this to this build or to create a fork

@portdeveloper This looks like it could work right away if we wanted to build a V2 that supports Mainnet and BSC. I am sure that L2s will be enabled over the next couple of years as they decentralize block building as well.
