OrgAdmin (or perhaps separate site) - Band Finder

This page is to be used by the general admin staff of the organisation. It will be used to track down and identify bands across the country - however, these bands will probably not be in membership of the organisation.

The use case will be

• general admin staff locate band and add it
• regional reps use the page to see if new bands have been found in their region so they can contact

The page should have

• map of located bands
• allow staff to add band details (name, location, contact details)
• allow regional reps to view information for band
